1338 (Seaham) Squadron Air Training Corps

The squadron is looking to purchase a selection of tabletop MTa leadership equipment, which will be STEM related. The kits will include a variety of small items and tasks to inspire communication, developing confidence and forming effective leadership skills, in a classroom based environment. These kits are industry quality and are designed for (and used by) large companies, such as HSBC and the Royal Air Force, and have been developed over a number of years. The squadron currently has a number of larger MTa kits, which are used for more complex and hands on tasks, however these are not always suitable and sometimes a smaller table top alternative will be the more effective option.
