Boro Real Fans Believe in Dreams

Hi, my name is Jim Wilson, I am chairman of a local charitable fund raising group namely Boro Real Fans Believe in Dreams , We run almost completely through Facebook. Having only set up 3 season ago have somehow managed to treat close to 3000 children/young adults to one of our events, Our criteria covers , disabled , disadvantaged , underprivileged , children / young adults with many learning difficulties , in fact any child who is in need of a little lift when times are sad and hard. We try where possible to make our events a family experience by including siblings of the children who meet our criteria. Our events include inviting 6 children/ young adults to a Middlesbrough fc home game along with a parent / carer. We hold annual Xmas party and Easter egg hunt, ten pin bowling during school half terms along with many many more activities

We also provide free tours of the Riverside Stadium each month for up to 40 children/young adult, these we usually award to the areas special schools and youth organisations. We are a fully self funded group and get no financial reward from the club whatsoever, raising funds by holding raffles , bonus balls , social meetings , and our supporters doing sponsored events in our name , please take a look at our Facebook page where you will see loads of pictures and videos of what we have achieved in such a short time,,
