I’m currently managing a U11’s football team playing in TJFA league on a Sunday morning as part of Grass Roots Football.
We are looking to purchase winter jackets and training bottoms in anticipation for the upcoming winter months to keep the boys warm and dry.
We have been fund raising ourselves to raise money for strips and equipment which allows us to function as a team
To be able to provide them with this equipment would be extremely appreciated and would go a long long way to make them even happier.
Week after week in all weathers they run their hearts out to play the game they love and never once hear them complain.
Running the team is a challenge but also very rewarding in the same context, to see them all having fun and end keep fit at the same time makes it all worthwhile.
Organisations like this help teams like ourselves more than we could put into words, if we fortunate to win this seeing they faces would be priceless.
