Rose Wood Academy

We would love a grant to help fund our forest schools area in our school. Our aim is to make a new outdoor learning space in our KS1 playground. I am proposing that we use this grant to get our idea off the ground. We would like to promote outdoor learning throughout the school and in turn promote a love for learning so the children enjoy all areas of their school life. This money would be gratefully recieved and used to help fund an area which is currently surrounded by trees which we need to cover the ground in shavings so the children can sit outside and enjoy lessons beneath the trees. This would greatly benefit our pupils, particularly those with additional needs. It would allow children to all feel integrated and included in all areas of the curriculum.
