Ryhope Allstars Marching Band

We are a marching display band and we started in 1961. we have a strong team of 37 marching members and more to join in 2020. We travel around the north east to attend competitions with other marching bands. We also travel To Yorkshire, Midland and Wales to attend Main events and completions. Our youngest member is 5 years old to the oldest 55 plus. We practice every week and attend our completions from April to October. when we are not in completion from October to April we will learn new music and change our display for the coming new season. We have kept the band running when lots of other bands have closed down but for Ryhope we are still strong and have great commitment form our members. We are part of the MBA Uk of Marching bands who have 26 Marching bands from all over the country..
