Spennymoor Town Band

Spennymoor Town Band are a Third Section Band based in County Durham. It has a Youth Band and a beginners section which offers free tuition and loan of an instrument to anyone, of any age, who wants to learn a brass instruments. Any grant would be used to replenish and update some of our music.

The bands are very charitable and can be seen regularly in the Community playing at school fayres, churches and residential homes. The band participate in the Remembrance Sunday event, Durham Miners Gala, Spennymoor Gala and other community events.
