Wolviston FC, founded in 1910, are a very popular local FA Charter Standard Football Club affiliated to Durham County FA. We aim to provide a community spirited football club with high standard facilities for the local community to participate in whether that be through playing or supporting. We are very proud of our achievements and the hard work of a lot of people connected with the club and our team of volunteers.

We currently have 4 teams, U9s, U23s, Youth and the 1st Team playing in the Wearside League Division 1, and in the coming season are planning to add 3 more youth teams U8s, U15s and u17s and have the 1st team promoted to the Northern League. In order to accommodate this increase in teams and inspire teamwork in more young people, the football club have been raising funds for ground improvements such as an outdoor seating area (due to covid restrictions within the clubhouse), secure storage for additional equipment and increasing the car park capacity.

Going forward we would love to keep improving our facilities and capacity as we have more demand from young footballers than we can currently accommodate.
