Middlesbrough Amateur Swimming Club has been operating for over 100 years and has had a number of of swimmers go on to represent Team GB at an international level. We offer a friendly atmosphere whilst offering quality coaching to support our members to reach their full potential. Through training our members also develop skills that support them in all aspects of their lives. We are conscious of the financial impact both the pandemic and the increase in cost of living can have and we want to keep our club as accessible as possible whilst offering the best opportunities giving our members the best chance to compete at both regional and national level.

To enhance the training that we are currently doing in the pool we would like to offer a programme of dry land training, if we were successful we would have an opportunity to offer this to our members at no additional cost to them. Having the opportunity to participate in dry land training not only enhances the current training programme but enables our members to work as a team, in an enjoyable but challenging setting, supporting each other through the training
