The Venator Community Fund grant would provide this team with vital resources to enable the development and growth of a very talented young group. The team is part of a larger organisation but relies solely on funding from within it's own players, parents and any sponsors to survive.

The team has seen massive change over the last twelve months and several management changes have left the team with only minimal training equipment, minimal kit for the players, and only a small resource. The team has an array of new players from various parts of the local area who are looking to create that special bond and team spirit required to develop a succesful team. The grant would go towards creating opportunities to spend time together as a team working on relationships, building frienships and trust, and creating the special connection felt when part of a team. This in turn breeds success and will enable the players to progress to a level which they deserve.

The grant would help fund new training equipment essential to developing the team along with new kit so they all appear as a unified team.
