If you didn’t receive your verification email or reset password or simply can’t find the email from Venator’s Community Fund, here are some tips to help.

Step 1: Search for the email

We’ll send the email from Venator Community so you can quickly search for it. If it isn’t in your inbox, check your other folders as it might have redirected to your Spam, Junk, Trash, Deleted Items, or Archive folder.

Step 2: Make sure you’re checking the correct email account

If you’re looking for a verification or password reset email make sure that you’re checking the email account that you submitted during the registration process. If the email address is incorrect, you can register again with a different email.
